Meet Jaclyn

Two Little Birds was founded by event planner and wedding expert Jaclyn Fisher. After planning her own wedding in 2008, Jaclyn saw the need for a more personalized, hands-on approach to wedding planning, and Two Little Birds was born. With over 20 years experience planning events, Jaclyn’s creativity is only matched by her professionalism, organization, and constant attention to detail.

She attended Rutgers University New Brunswick, where a marketing internship with the NHL’s New Jersey Devils opened her eyes to the world of public relations and special events. She also spent a semester abroad in Australia studying international and cultural relations at the University of Melbourne.

At the boutique public relations and special events firm Cashman & Associates, Jaclyn worked with a diverse group of clients in the health & fitness, wedding, fashion, beauty, dining, hospitality, and publishing fields. Being surrounded by creativity in her next position with top marketing and advertising agency, The Star Group, Jaclyn strengthened her eye for design, while broadening her experience in event coordination. At the upscale fashion brand Hugo Boss, Jaclyn assisted in the seasonal buying and spent time managing marketing for five locations. In this position, she furthered her skills for designing unique and highly successful events and marketing campaigns. Jaclyn’s ongoing work as a freelance editorial stylist keeps her immersed in the world of fashion and knowledgable on the latest trends.

Jaclyn lives in Mullica Hill with her husband Dan, their two daughters Olive and Ruby, and their Australian Bernedoodle Penny. When she isn’t planning weddings, she enjoys spending time with her family (proud soccer mom), reading or listening to books (always welcoming recommendations), being active (JacBeSlow on Peloton), and trying and learning new things (currently learning ASL).

Meet Amanda

Amanda joined Two Little Birds in 2015 with a diverse background in marketing and events. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2009 and worked in corporate marketing for several years. This stint is what originally connected Amanda and Jaclyn. Fast forward to being stuck at home during a global pandemic and plenty of time to self-reflect, she made the huge leap of faith to quit her career and enroll in a graduate program, back to Saint Joseph’s once again. She is now an elementary teacher.

In her free time, Amanda can be found hanging with her husband and two children, Rosalie and George. She loves to work out and go on hikes. She is also a major foodie and equally good cook. Amanda is an avid Philadelphia sports fan (she bleeds green!). She enjoys spending her summers at the beach reading a good book. Amanda excels as a wedding planner thanks to her strong attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure, and knack for thinking outside the box. She is also great with kids - Amanda’s biggest claim to fame is getting 18 children down the aisle!

Amanda’s favorite part of the wedding is the first look. It’s an intimate moment that helps ease the nerves and increases the excitement to start the rest of your lives together.

Meet Gina

Gina thrives on the behind-the-scenes piece of each event she is a part of. With a love for helping in any way she can and her attention to detail she will ensure your day unfolds beautifully and is exactly what you had envisioned for your wedding day.

Gina began in the events industry right out of high school as a banquet server, working her way up to event sales and coordination. After graduating from Rowan University with a degree in Advertising she continued her event work with venues throughout South Jersey. She began working with us in 2015 and has been with us ever since. By day, Gina is a Corporate Event Coordinator, and on the weekends, she effortlessly jumps to Wedding Coordinator.

When she's not working, Gina loves to spend time with her family and her fur babies. She loves to spend time outside, whether it be at the beach, taking a nice long walk or sitting outside at her favorite restaurant with some live music. She is also an avid crafter and enjoys creating personalized gifts for all her favorite people.
