2015 phs philadelphia flower show

Snow? What snow? We had the opportunity to check out the 2015 PHS Philadelphia Flower Show, and we’re thinking spring! The Philadelphia Flower Show is the world’s oldest and largest indoor flower exhibit and helps fund all of the wonderful initiatives of the Pennsylvania Horticulture Society.

This year’s theme is Lights, Camera, Bloom: Celebrate the Movies. The flower installations and gardens paid homage to Disney and Disney Pixar films, making it a great experience for those of all ages. We loved the vibrant colors and exotic blooms in Pure Design Philadelphia’s Aladdin installation and Robertson’s Flowers’ gorgeous and whimsical tablescape inspired by Cinderella.

There’s still time to check out the show for wedding inspiration and a break from all this snow. The hours are Friday, March 6th from 10:00am – 9:00pm, Saturday, March 7th from 8:00am – 9:00pm, and Sunday, March 8th from 8:00am – 6:00pm. And you can get tickets online here.
